Users may request account deletion through the account settings in the application or by emailing support@vfimeet.com. After verifying the request, VFiMeet will delete or anonymize the account and related personal data within a reasonable period, except for data that must be retained to:

  • Prevent fraud or abuse and protect system security
  • Resolve complaints or disputes and enforce agreements

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Users must manage or cancel the subscription in their Apple ID account settings.

Meeting organizers must ensure that participants are fully informed when meeting content is recorded or stored.

Continued use of the service after the policy is updated means you agree to those changes.
